The thermal gas mass flowmeter sensor is composed of two reference platinum resistors, Pt300 and Pt20. Based on the principle of thermal diffusion, it can detect the mass flow rate of natural gas, air, hydrogen, oxygen, helium, argon, ammonia, biogas, and other gases. The core component is an integral ceramic sintered platinum thermistor sensor, which has rapid thermal response, anti vibration, stability, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It has a large range ratio and a measurement flow rate range of 0.1ms to 120ms. Accuracy 1.0% -1.5%, medium temperature, normal temperature: -20-100 ℃, high temperature -20-200 ℃, power supply 24VDC or 220VAC. Installation methods: pipe section type, insertion type.

Ceramic platinum resistors adopt the process of integral sintering, fixing platinum wires in ceramic tubes, which have the characteristics of vibration resistance, oxidation resistance, and long service life. They can measure the temperature of objects or single points. The slot wedge platinum resistor can be made into a motor embedded thermal resistor, which is embedded in the winding or stator core. After being connected to a secondary instrument, it can directly display the temperature of the winding or stator core during operation, and can also be transmitted to the control room for alarm or control. Bearing end face thermistor is a sensor specifically used to measure the temperature of the bearings or bushings at both ends of a motor. Armored thermistor is a sensor used to measure the temperature of large motor bearings or coolant. The motor embedded thermistor and end face thermistor can be used to make cost-effective explosion-proof temperature sensors, with the explosion-proof mark of ExiaII CT6 Ga. The end face thermistor can also be used to make mining explosion-proof temperature sensors, with the explosion-proof mark of ExibI Mb.
The temperature transmitters mainly include HTMT series intelligent temperature transmitters and SBW series intrinsic safety temperature transmitters. This product is designed and produced using imported chips, and has the characteristics of small drift, strong anti-interference ability, good stability, high accuracy, and maintenance free. Its main performance indicators have caught up with similar foreign products, outputting 4-20mA standard signals and can also stack Hart protocol as needed. The HTMT series explosion-proof product model is HTMT199, with explosion-proof markings of ExdbIIC T6 Gb and ExtbIIIC T80 ℃ Gb. The explosion-proof mark of the SBW series intrinsic safety temperature transmitter is ExiaICT6 Ga.
