The temperature variation of bearings is an important reference data for the operating status of motors. In many situations, there is a need for signals to be transmitted remotely to the control room, while also allowing for direct visual observation of the temperature values on-site. Nanyang Huaye has designed and developed a temperature measuring instrument that features local display with remote signal transmission capabilities. According to project requirements, it can meet the needs for explosion-proof, mining, and general applications. It can transmit PT100, 4-20mA signals, and supports HART protocol for remote transmission. It can display readings with mechanical pointers or digitally, catering to various scenarios and requirements for temperature measurement.
According to GB3836.3-2010 and IEC60079-7:2006, there are clear requirements regarding whether an increased safety motor needs to be equipped with a starting pre-purge device. This includes evaluating the safety factor of the motor, assessing the potential spark hazard in the air gap of the rotor, and evaluating the discharge hazard of the stator winding. If the hazard assessment factor is greater than 6, a starting pre-purge device must be added to enhance the safety and reliability of the increased safety motor. Article 5.2.7 of the national standard GB3836.3-2010 states that "increased safety motors must undergo ventilation purging before each start, and it is the user's responsibility to perform ventilation purging and maintenance on the motor before starting." Therefore, using an intelligent automatic purging device to first displace harmful gases inside the motor casing before starting not only meets production safety requirements but also complies with national standards.
