Detailed introduction

1. Overview

  

BWTY series explosion-proof instrument is another pointer instrument specially developed by our company after WTZd series for explosion-proof motor temperature measurement. BWTY explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument adopts light alloy shell, beautiful design, compact structure, imported elastic element, high precision, good reliability and stable performance. BWTY instrument can indicate evenly, overcoming the weakness of low indication accuracy and non-zero return in the first third of the instrument, and is an ideal mechatronic temperature measuring instrument.

BWTY series explosion-proof instrument is designed in accordance with GB/T3836.1 "Explosive gas environment Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive environment Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d"". It is designed and manufactured into explosion-proof products, specially used in other explosive gas environments except coal mines. It can measure the temperature of bearings, bushings, and pipelines or container media of explosion-proof motors or other mechanical products, and is widely used in flammable and explosive places such as petroleum, chemical, medicine, shipbuilding, and steelmaking.

The shell of the instrument is made of light alloy.

Explosion-proof mark: ExdbllCT6 Gb, ExdbllBT6 Gb, ExebllCT6 Gb, ExtbIIICT80℃ Db.

This product has obtained EAC (CU-TR) Russian Federation Customs Union international certification.

2. Product Features

8. Installation and wiring

 

a. When installing the instrument, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the instrument nameplate matches the installation environment;

b. The connecting wire should be a copper shielded cable with a cross-sectional area of ​​not less than 0.2 square millimeters;

c. Open the instrument junction box, unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device with a wrench, firmly connect the cable to the terminal (or terminal) in the junction box, then install the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners;

d. The grounding screw on the instrument must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;

e. During installation, the signal transmission line should be fixed with a tie head at a distance of no more than 300mm. When the signal transmission line is too long, it can be rolled up in a suitable position, never thrown around, and kept away from heating equipment;

f. After the instrument is used, it should be calibrated once a year. If conditions permit, you can calibrate it yourself or return it to the manufacturer for calibration;

g. When the sealing ring in the introduction device ages and deteriorates, it should be replaced in time;

h. The minimum outer diameter of the cable used by the user is φ6, and it is recommended to use between φ6-φ12;
