BJXC series stainless steel explosion-proof junction box has the explosion-proof mark of ExdIICT6 Gb/ ExtDA21 IP66 T80℃, protection level: IP66, mainly used as the winding temperature measurement junction box and heater junction box of explosion-proof motors. 1. Overview
BJXC series stainless steel explosion-proof junction box is designed and produced according to the relevant provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive atmosphere Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive atmosphere Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d"". It has obtained the explosion-proof mark ExdbIICT6 Gb/ ExtDA21 IP66 T80℃ protection level: IP66, and is widely used in motor, petroleum, machinery, chemical, military and other industries.

3. Explosion-proof principle
The BJXC series stainless steel explosion-proof junction box adopts a flameproof shell to separate the circuit part that may generate sparks and arcs from the combustible dust environment or explosive gas mixture outside the case, thereby achieving the purpose of explosion-proof.
4. Installation, wiring and precautions
4.1 When installing the junction box, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the junction box nameplate is consistent with the installation environment;
4.2 Open the junction box, use a wrench to unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device, firmly connect the cable to the terminal in the junction box, then cover the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners;
4.3 The grounding screw on the junction box must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;
4.4 When the sealing ring in the entry device is aged and deteriorated, it should be replaced in time;
4.5 The upper cover must not be opened in the presence of a combustible dust environment, and it is strictly forbidden to open the junction box cover with power on;
4.6 Pay attention to prevent "explosion failure" during maintenance;
4.7 Note that the bottom outlet of the junction box has a flameproof surface and needs to be used with explosion-proof products;
