BJXD series carbon steel explosion-proof junction box
BJXD series carbon steel explosion-proof junction box is designed and produced according to the relevant provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive atmosphere Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive atmosphere Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d"". It has obtained the explosion-proof marks ExdbllCT6 Gb, ExdbllBT6 Gb, ExtblIICT80℃ Db and is suitable for places where explosive mixtures of flammable gases and air are formed in factory IIA, IIB, IIC and T1-T6 groups. The protection level is IP66. The shell is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It is widely used in motor petroleum, machinery, chemical industry, military industry and other industries. Customization is supported. This product has also obtained ATEX and IEC international certifications.

1. Overview
BJXD series carbon steel explosion-proof junction box is designed and produced according to the relevant provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive atmosphere Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive atmosphere Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d"". It has obtained the explosion-proof marks ExdbllCT6 Gb, ExdbllBT6 Gb, ExtblIICT80℃ Db and is suitable for places where explosive mixtures of flammable gases and air are formed in factory IIA, IIB, IIC and T1-T6 groups. The protection level is IP66. The shell material is carbon steel or stainless steel. It is widely used in motor petroleum, machinery, chemical industry, military industry and other industries.

2. Model and specifications

A. Explosion-proof mark ExdⅡBT6Gb is suitable for explosive mixtures formed by combustible gases and air in factories of IIA, IIB and T1-T6 groups.

3. Explosion-proof principle
BJX series explosion-proof junction boxes use flameproof enclosures to separate the circuit parts that may generate sparks and arcs from the combustible dust environment or explosive gas mixture outside the enclosure, thereby achieving the purpose of flameproofing.
4. Installation, wiring and precautions
4.1 When installing the junction box, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the junction box nameplate is consistent with the installation environment;
4.2 Open the junction box, use a wrench to unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device, firmly connect the cable to the terminal in the junction box, then cover the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners;
4.3 The grounding screw on the junction box must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;
4.4 When the sealing ring in the entry device is aged and deteriorated, it should be replaced in time;
4.5 The upper cover must not be opened in the presence of combustible dust, and it is strictly forbidden to open the upper cover of the junction box with power on;
4.6 Pay attention to prevent "explosion failure" during maintenance;
