Detailed introduction

1. Overview

 

WTY series pressure temperature measuring instruments have greater innovation and development than traditional pressure temperature measuring instruments. The volume of the temperature package can be reduced to 1/30 of the original. The sensor thermal resistor is creatively built into the temperature measuring element, realizing the temperature measurement function of mechatronics, forming a multifunctional series of temperature measuring instruments with remote transmission, shockproof, corrosion-resistant, electric contacts, temperature signal transmission, etc. with the pressure temperature instrument as the basic temperature measurement function, becoming a special instrument for motor bearing and cooler temperature measurement. This series is a non-explosion-proof pressure temperature measuring instrument.

The instrument has liquid pressure type, steam pressure type and gas pressure type temperature instruments.

Liquid pressure temperature instrument, the temperature package size can be minimized. The instrument has equal scale and non-equal scale options.

The instrument has intuitive readings, fast response speed, high sensitivity and long life. It combines the advantages of glass rod thermometer and bimetallic thermometer type thermometer. It is currently a mechanical temperature measuring instrument with a wide range of applications and comprehensive performance.

8. Installation and wiring

 

a. When installing the instrument, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the instrument nameplate is consistent with the installation environment;

b. The connecting wire should be a copper shielded cable with a cross-sectional area of ​​not less than 0.2 square millimeters;

c. Open the instrument junction box, unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device with a wrench, firmly connect the cable to the terminal (or terminal) in the junction box, then install the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners;

d. The grounding screw on the instrument must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;

e. During installation, the signal transmission line should be fixed with a tie head at a distance of no more than 300mm. When the signal transmission line is too long, it can be rolled up in a suitable position, never thrown around, and kept away from heating equipment;

f. After the instrument is used, it should be calibrated once a year. If conditions permit, you can calibrate it yourself or return it to the manufacturer for calibration;

g. When the sealing ring in the introduction device ages and deteriorates, it should be replaced in time;

h. The minimum outer diameter of the cable used by the user is Φ6, and it is recommended to use between Φ6-Φ12;
