1. Overview
WTZ series pressure thermometer thermal resistor remote temperature measuring instrument has greater innovation and development than traditional pressure temperature measuring instrument. The volume of temperature package can be reduced to 1/30 of the original. Nanyang Huaye Explosion-proof Instrument Co., Ltd. creatively built the sensor thermal resistor into the temperature measuring element, realizing the temperature measurement function of mechatronics, forming a multifunctional series of temperature measuring instruments with pressure temperature instrument as the basic temperature measurement function, such as remote transmission, shockproof, corrosion-resistant, electric contact, temperature signal transmission, etc., becoming a common instrument for explosion-proof motor temperature measurement. WTZ series is non-explosion-proof pressure temperature measuring instrument.
The WTZ series pressure type ordinary temperature measuring instrument is based on the basic form WTZ-280, derived from WTZ-283, WTZ-284, WTZ-285, WTZ-286, WTZ-287, WTZ-288, etc., and its functions are basically the same as its corresponding explosion-proof products, except that the products are used for temperature measurement and adjustment in non-explosion-proof occasions. The case is divided into cast aluminum and stainless steel.
The material of the temperature measuring part (temperature bag): copper, chrome-plated copper or 1Cr18Ni9Ti.

WTZ-285 Z pressure thermometer thermal resistor remote temperature measuring instrument is a composite instrument that places the platinum thermal resistor and the temperature package of the WTZ pressure thermometer in the same temperature measuring device. The two temperature measurement systems are independent of each other and do not affect each other's measurement, which improves the reliability and accuracy of temperature measurement.
The wiring of the platinum thermal resistor remote signal and the wiring of the transmitter are the same as those of WTZd-283 and 285
7. WTZ-286, 287, 288 are pressure-type electric contact temperature measuring instruments
WTZ-286, 287, 288 meters are equipped with contact devices based on WTZ-280 single indication. By adjusting the structure, the setting position of the pointer can be easily changed. When the measured temperature rises (or drops) to the set value, the meter will give a switch signal to control, adjust or alarm the measured temperature.
The contact type and electrical parameters, contact performance and wiring method of this meter are the same as those of the corresponding explosion-proof products.
When selecting this type of meter, the two functions of electrical contact and shockproof cannot be possessed at the same time.
8. Product selection:
When selecting a model, the user should provide the selected model (such as WTZ-285 Z), temperature measurement range (such as 0-100℃), size of the temperature package (diameter of the probe and length of the probe including the fixing thread), size of the probe installation fixing thread, type of probe (straight or L-type, straight if not specified), output signal requirements (no signal requirements, PT100 signal or 4-20mA signal, or dual-branch output signal, etc.), direction of the outlet (default right), whether there are shockproof and insulation requirements, etc.
WTZ-285 Z selection example:
Model: WTZ-285 Z, technical conditions: 0-100℃, 10*48*2000, M16*1.5.
Representative meaning: The pointer displays the temperature signal on site, outputs PT100 thermal resistance signal, is shockproof, the probe diameter is 10mm, the probe length including installation thread is 48mm, if not specified, the probe type is straight, the lead length is 2000mm, and the thread size is M16*1.5.
