YBT100 temperature measuring instrument is a composite instrument that places the platinum thermal resistance temperature measuring element and the temperature package of the pressure type temperature measuring instrument in the same temperature measuring device.

1. Overview

YBT100 explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument for mining is designed and produced according to the provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive gas environment Part 1: General requirements for equipment", GB/T3836.2 "Explosive gas environment Part 2: Equipment protected by explosion-proof enclosure "d"", and MAJY01-001-09 "Inspection specification for safety signs of mining products". It is specially used for temperature measurement in explosive mixtures (methane) and underground coal mines.

YBT100 temperature measuring instrument is a composite instrument that places the platinum thermal resistance temperature measuring element and the temperature package of the pressure temperature measuring instrument in the same temperature measuring device. It can output Pt100 or 4-20mA signal. The two temperature measurement systems are independent of each other and do not affect each other's temperature measurement and accuracy. The outstanding advantage of this instrument is that it can realize dual indication of the measured temperature with only a single point measurement. The pressure type part is used for on-site indication, and the platinum thermal resistance is used for remote transmission or transmission. The secondary instrument is used for display, adjustment and control to realize the mechatronic temperature measurement function, which improves the reliability and accuracy of temperature measurement.

The junction box is made of cast iron or cast steel, and the surface is sprayed with anti-rust paint.

6. Working principle of YBT100

The principle of the YBT100 temperature measurement explosion-proof instrument is to measure temperature based on the changing relationship between the saturated vapor pressure and temperature of the evaporating liquid in a closed temperature measurement system. When the temperature package senses the temperature change, the saturated vapor in the closed system generates corresponding pressure, causing the change of the curvature of the elastic element, causing the free end to displace, and then the gear amplification mechanism converts the displacement into an indicated value.

8. YBT100 Selection Instructions

 

The following technical conditions should be specified when users select the model:

1. Instrument diameter: ø80 or ø100;

2. Output signal: Pt100 (double Pt100) or 4-20mA;

3. Probe size: ø10×45 or according to user requirements, but the minimum size of the temperature package shall not be less than the following size

Note: 1. When the temperature package needs to be protected by protective materials, its diameter refers to the diameter after the protective materials are added.

2. The protective material is heat shrink tube or super ceramic anti-corrosion material

4. Measuring distance: length from probe to meter head (tail length)

Marking is based on the temperature package diameter Ø (mm) × insertion depth (including thread) L (mm) × measuring distance N (mm), (such as ¢10×45×1500) If the measuring distance is not specified, it is regarded as a direct hard tail connection;

5. Mounting thread: M16×1.5 or according to user requirements (if the mounting thread is fixed, mark "immovable");

6. Special requirements are noted: such as anti-corrosion, protection level, etc.;

9.Use and Installation

1. During installation, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the instrument nameplate matches the installation environment.

2. The instrument should be installed vertically on a non-vibrating mounting plate, away from heating equipment or heating elements, and installed at the same horizontal position as the temperature package as much as possible to reduce the additional error caused by the static liquid column.

3. The temperature package must be completely immersed in the measured medium (and the temperature package should be inserted to the maximum depth as much as possible to reduce the error caused by the heat dissipation of the temperature package installation bolts).

4. During installation, the capillary should be fixed with a tie head at a distance of no more than 300mm, and the bending radius of the capillary should not be less than 50mm.

5. During installation, if the soft tail is too long, it can be hung in a suitable position with a loop. Do not fold or throw it randomly, and keep it away from heating equipment.

6. The instrument's regular working temperature is best at 1/2-3/4 of the measurement range (for steam pressure temperature measuring instruments, its accuracy level is the last 2/3 of the index, and the first 1/3 is allowed to be reduced by one level).

7. In any case (whether it is transporting, installing or using, etc.), the instrument should avoid strong vibration, collision and impact, etc.

8. When installing the instrument, use a wrench to tighten the hexagon of the installation screw. It is strictly forbidden to turn the meter head or other parts.
