1. Overview of YBD200
YBD200 explosion-proof temperature inspection instrument for mining is designed and produced according to the provisions of GB/T3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 1: General Requirements", GB/T3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flameproof "d"", MAJY01-001-09 "Inspection Specifications for Safety Signs of Mining Products", and is manufactured into a flameproof product for mining. This product can detect, display, adjust and control the temperature of bearings, bushings, and pipelines or container media of explosion-proof motors or other mechanical products. It is specially used in places with explosive mixtures of methane and underground coal mines. The shell is made of cast iron or cast steel, and the surface is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint.

5. YBD200 selection instructions
The following technical conditions should be specified when users select the model:
1. Number of temperature measurement points
2. Power supply voltage
3. Alarm signal setting
Alarm signals can be set uniformly or separately.
Uniform setting: Two switch signals can be set, upper limit T1, upper upper limit T2 (e.g. 5-point temperature measurement, 1-5 points
Set the upper limit alarm temperature to 80℃, and the upper upper limit alarm temperature to 135℃).
Separate setting: The detection points are divided into two groups and set separately, one group is T1 and the other group is T2 (e.g. 5-point temperature measurement, 1 and 2 points are set to 80℃, 3, 4, 5 are set to 135℃).
4. Measuring distance: the length from the temperature measuring point to the display head

IX. Input signal wiring method

Note:
1. Connect the green wire (1) of the instrument cable to the white wire of the front bearing platinum thermal resistor;
2. Connect the red wire (2) of the instrument cable to the white wire of the rear bearing platinum thermal resistor;
3. Connect the blue wire (3), white wire (4), and purple wire (5) of the instrument cable to the white wire of the stator platinum thermal resistor;
4. The orange and brown wires of the instrument cable are common wires and are connected to the red wire of the bearing platinum thermal resistor.

10. Installation and precautions of explosion-proof instruments
1. During the installation and use of the instrument, the relevant provisions of the "Electrical Installation Regulations for Hazardous Locations of the People's Republic of China" shall be observed;
2. During installation, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the instrument nameplate is consistent with the installation environment;
3. The connecting wire of the instrument should be copper shielded cable with a cross-sectional area of not less than 0.2 square millimeters;
4. Open the instrument junction box, unscrew the clamping nut of the cable entry device with a wrench, firmly connect the cable to the terminal (or terminal) in the junction box, then cover the junction box cover and tighten the fastening bolts at the four corners;
5. The grounding screw on the instrument must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;
6. During installation, the signal transmission line should be fixed with a tie head every 300mm. When the signal transmission line is too long, it can be tied in a suitable position, never thrown around, and kept away from heating equipment;
7. The power supply can be turned on only after confirming that the wiring, installation, and power supply are correct;
8. It is forbidden to open the explosion-proof instrument with power on;
9. When the sealing ring of the introduction device ages and hardens, it should be replaced in time;
