Motor-specific thermal resistors are divided into three categories: motor embedded thermal resistors, bearing end face thermal resistors, and armored thermal resistors. The temperature measuring element currently used in the world is Pt100. Motor embedded thermal resistors are temperature sensors specifically used for measuring the temperature of motor (motor or generator) windings or stators. They are buried in the windings or stator cores. After connecting to secondary instruments, they can directly display the temperature of the windings or stator cores in operation, and can also be transmitted to the control room for alarm or control. Bearing end face thermal resistors are sensors specifically used to measure the temperature of bearings or bushes at both ends of the motor. Armored thermal resistors are sensors used to measure the temperature of large motor bushes or coolant.

1. The sensor structure is divided into winding type and chip type;

2. The winding type can be manufactured into slot wedge type and ceramic type;

3. The winding thermal resistor is suitable for measuring the average temperature of an object (or medium), and the chip type is suitable for measuring a single point temperature;

4. The rated working current of the winding type is ≤5mA, and it is recommended that the rated working current of the chip type be designed to be 0.3-1mA;

5. Generally, two-wire or three-wire systems can be used. When the lead exceeds 1M, a three-wire system is used, or a four-wire system can be used.

1. Overview:

The motor embedded thermal resistor adopts slot wedge type, referred to as WZP, which is a temperature sensor made by double winding platinum wire in an insulating matrix through suspension technology and precision quenching technology. Our company adopts advanced production technology to make the physical properties and linearity of platinum resistance always at the leading level in China, ensuring the accuracy, reliability and stability of the product. The sensor has vacuum impregnation resistance and high voltage insulation, allowing the sensor to be directly buried in the motor winding during the manufacturing of the motor. Because it is wound with double wire resistance, it will not generate induced voltage that may cause temperature error.

b. Working current: ≤5mA;
