WTZd-01 Armored explosion-proof sensor
WTZd-01 integrated temperature transmitter is an explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument that uses platinum thermal resistors to measure temperature. It has a remote 4-20mA signal, a dust-proof explosion-proof junction box, and an IP66 protection level. It can be used in a variety of explosion-proof environments. Explosion-proof level: ExdⅡBT6, Ex tD A21 IP66 T80℃.

1、Overview
WTZd-01 integrated temperature transmitter is an explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument that uses platinum thermal resistors to measure temperature. It can transmit 4-20mA signals or Pt100 signals remotely, has dust-proof explosion-proof junction boxes, and has an IP66 protection level. It can be used in a variety of explosion-proof environments.
The WTZd pressure-type explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument is designed and manufactured according to the provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d"". It is designed and manufactured into an explosion-proof product. It is specially used in other explosive gas environments except coal mines. This product can measure the temperature of bearings, bushings, and pipelines or container media of explosion-proof motors or other mechanical products.
The junction box is made of cast aluminum lightweight alloy.
The explosion-proof marks are: ExdbIICT6 Gb, ExdbIIBT6 Gb, ExtbIIICT80℃ Db, ExebIICT6 Gb.

Power supply: DC24V.
5. Performance Indicators
a. Temperature measurement range: 0-200℃;
b. Accuracy level: 1.5;
c. Probe size: Ø10×50 (or as required by the user);
d. Probe mounting thread: M16×1.5 (or as required by the user);
e. Output signal: Pt100 (or thermocouple, 4-20mA signal);
f. Measuring distance: 1.5M (or as required by the user);
g. Additional functions: anti-corrosion, insulation, please note when selecting.
6. Selection Example
