SBWZ-2460/J Series Multi-Channel Temperature Transmitter
SBWZ/J series multi-channel thermal resistor/thermocouple temperature transmitter is a field-mounted temperature transmitter unit. It adopts a two-wire transmission method (two common wires for each channel power supply and signal output), and outputs a 4-20mA current signal that is linear with the measured temperature.

1. Overview
SBWZ/J series multi-channel thermal resistor/thermocouple temperature transmitter is a field-mounted temperature transmitter unit. It adopts a two-wire transmission method (two common wires for each channel power supply and signal output) and outputs a 4-20mA current signal that is linear with the measured temperature. The transmitter can be installed in the junction box of the thermocouple or thermal resistor to form an integrated structure, or it can be installed separately in the instrument panel as a conversion unit. As a new generation of temperature measuring instruments, it can be widely used in industrial and scientific research fields such as petroleum, chemical, textile, metallurgy, electromechanical, electric power, aviation, food processing, medical engineering, etc. for automated temperature detection, transmission and control.。
SBWZ/J series thermal resistance/thermocouple temperature transmitter has the following significant advantages:
1. Wide working environment temperature: -20℃~85℃.
2. It has a high-precision cold-end compensation circuit and an absolute error of ±0.5℃ in the full temperature range.
3. Non-linear correction circuit, the output signal has a linear relationship with the measured temperature
4. Built-in drift self-correction system ensures measurement accuracy within the entire operating temperature range.
5. It is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is corrosion-resistant, shock-resistant and highly reliable.
6. It has a wide range of applications. It can form an integrated on-site installation mechanism with thermocouples and thermal resistors, and can also be installed in testing equipment as a functional module.
7. It has a power protection circuit design and has certain anti-interference and overload capabilities.
