1. Overview
DWK motor temperature intelligent inspection instrument is a temperature monitoring instrument specially developed by our company for the safe operation of motors.
The instrument can measure and display the temperature of the motor's bearings and stators, set alarms for each temperature point, and stop the motor through the interlocking device to prevent equipment damage, ensure safe operation, and reduce economic losses.
The instrument has stable performance, reliable quality, sensitive temperature measurement, high accuracy, and low power consumption.

Alarm setting, the instrument has four groups of contacts that can work in the following two modes.
Unified alarm: 1-16 channels can set two alarm values, upper limit T1, upper upper limit T2, each channel drives a relay, when the temperature of the detection point exceeds the limit, relay J1 or J2 is energized, and the output contact is connected;
Separate alarm: The detection points can be grouped to set alarm values, up to four alarm values can be set, and four relays J1, J2, J3, and J4 can be driven respectively.

9. Notes
a. The signal connection wire should be made of copper shielded cable, with a single wire cross-sectional area of 0.2 square millimeters.
b. The grounding screw on the instrument must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire.
c. During installation, the signal transmission line should be no more than 300mm apart, fixed with a tie head, and never thrown randomly. It should be wired separately from the power line and away from the heating equipment.
d. The connection wire must be connected in a three-wire system if it exceeds 1 meter, otherwise the temperature measurement will be inaccurate.
e. If there is any quality problem with the product within one year, our company will provide free three-guarantee service.
