Detailed introduction
1. Overview
WTZd series pressure explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument is designed and manufactured into explosion-proof products according to the provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive atmosphere Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive atmosphere Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d"". It is specially used in other explosive gas environments except coal mines. This product can measure the temperature of bearings, bushings, and pipelines or container media of explosion-proof motors or other mechanical products.
The junction box is made of cast aluminum light alloy.
Explosion-proof marks: ExdbIICT6 Gb, ExdbIIBT6 Gb, ExtbIIICT80℃ Db, ExebIICT6 Gb.

8. Contact diagram

a. WTZd-288 has two electrical contacts with double upper limits X1 and X2 inside. The pointer is a moving contact. When measuring the motor bearing temperature, the factory setting of the static contact X1 is 80℃ and the static contact X2 is 90℃. When the measured temperature (moving contact X) reaches point X1, contact 1 is connected. The user can install a buzzer and an alarm indicator to remind the staff to go to the site for processing;
b. When the temperature rise reaches point X2, contact 2 is connected. The user can install an intermediate relay to control the contactor to eliminate the fault;
c. Use Users can also disconnect the power supply, open the meter cover, turn the limit pointer, and reset the X1 and X2 contact positions according to the required temperature control range;
d. The WTZd-287 model has an internal electric contact, and the static contact value is fixed at 90℃ when it leaves the factory;
e. If the alarm temperature needs to be adjusted, the power supply must be disconnected first, then the meter cover is opened, and the limit pointer is turned to fix the contact at the set temperature;
f. The WTZd-286 model has two internal electric contacts, upper and lower limits, and the temperature setting can be set according to user requirements.
