Detailed introduction
1. Overview
The explosion-proof junction box temperature sensor is a flameproof junction box temperature sensor specially developed by our company for the motor industry. It is mainly used for the temperature detection and control of the bearings and cold numbers of explosion-proof motors. The product has high precision, good stability, and is shock-resistant and durable. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, military industry, etc. If the temperature sensor is used in nuclear power plant equipment, the lead wire is a special cable for nuclear power plants, and it holds the inspection certificate of the National Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The shell material is light alloy, and the surface is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint or stainless steel.

3. Explosion-proof principle
BWZD series explosion-proof temperature sensors use explosion-proof housings to separate the circuit parts that may generate sparks and arcs from the combustible dust environment or explosive gas mixture outside the housing, thereby achieving the purpose of explosion-proof. The dimensions of the explosion-proof joint surface comply with the provisions of GB3836.2, and the cable entry device complies with the provisions of Appendix D of GB3836.1-2000.
4. Installation, wiring and precautions
4.1 When installing the junction box, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the junction box nameplate is consistent with the installation environment.
4.2 The connecting wire should be a copper shielded cable with a cross-sectional area of not less than 0.2 square millimeters.
4.3 Open the junction box, unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device with a wrench, firmly connect the cable to the terminal (or terminal) in the junction box, then cover the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners.
4.4 The grounding screw on the junction box must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire.
4.5 During installation, the signal transmission line should be fixed with a tie at a distance of no more than 300mm. When the signal transmission line is too long, it can be tied in a suitable position, do not throw it randomly, and keep it away from heating equipment.
4.6 When the sealing ring in the entry device is aged and deteriorated, it should be replaced in time.
4.7 The upper cover must not be opened in the presence of combustible dust environment, and it is strictly forbidden to open the junction box cover with power on.
4.8 During maintenance, attention should be paid to preventing "explosion failure" (such as protecting the dust and explosion-proof surface, paying attention to tightening and introducing the rubber sealing ring in the device).
4.9 The minimum outer diameter of the cable used by the user is φ9.
