1. Overview
This instrument has greater innovation and development than the traditional pressure temperature measuring instrument. The volume of the temperature package can be reduced to 1/30 of the original. Nanyang Huaye Explosion-proof Instrument Co., Ltd. creatively built the sensor thermal resistor into the temperature measuring element, realizing the mechatronic temperature measurement function, forming a multifunctional series of temperature measuring instruments with remote transmission, shockproof, corrosion-resistant, electric contacts, temperature signal transmission, etc. with the pressure temperature instrument as the basic temperature measurement function, and becoming a common instrument for explosion-proof motor temperature measurement.
The WTZd series pressure explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument is designed according to the provisions of GB/T3836.1 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB/T3836.2 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d"". It is manufactured into an explosion-proof product, specially used in other explosive gas environments except coal mines. This product can measure the temperature of bearings, bushings, and pipelines or container media of explosion-proof motors or other mechanical products.
The junction box is made of cast aluminum lightweight alloy.
Explosion-proof marks: ExdbIICT6 Gb, ExdbIIBT6 Gb, ExtbIIICT80℃ Db, ExebIICT6 Gb.
This product has obtained EAC (CU-TR) Russian Federation Customs Union international certification.

WTZd-283, WTZd-284, WTZd-285, explosion-proof temperature measuring instruments are equipped with thermal resistors or thermocouple temperature sensing elements in the temperature measuring original parts. The outstanding advantage of the instrument is that the single-point temperature measurement realizes dual indicators. The two temperature measurement systems are independent of each other and do not affect each other's measurement, which improves the reliability and accuracy of temperature measurement. It is particularly suitable for occasions where there is no power supply at the temperature measurement site, but the site display and remote transmission of temperature signals are required. The temperature can be indicated by the pointer on site, and the signal can be transmitted to the control room for monitoring, realizing the mechatronic temperature measurement function.
