1. Overview
GWP200 mining intrinsically safe temperature sensor is mostly used for explosion-proof motor bearing temperature measurement and remote transmission of Pt100 signals. Bearing end face thermal resistor is a sensor specially used to measure the temperature of bearings or bushings at both ends of the motor.
End face thermal resistor is suitable for measuring the temperature of solid surface. It is especially suitable for water pipe temperature measurement of motor bushings and bearing internal cooling generators. It can also be used for bearing temperature measurement of large units and general machinery such as fans and air compressors. The external lead-out cable is protected by a flexible stainless steel tube to avoid excessive external force impact and bending.
Using German imported component packaging, it has high reliability and vibration resistance.
2. Performance indicators
a. Temperature measurement range: -40~200℃;
b. Cross-sectional area of single lead of high temperature wire: 0.2mm2;
c. Lead material: polytetrafluoroethylene insulated light wire and cable, silver-plated copper wire core;
d. Insulation resistance: ≥ 100MΩ;
e. Thermal response time: The thermal response time varies according to the diameter and material of the protective tube;
f. Withstand voltage: 50Hz 1000V 1min without breakdown flicker.
