Mine intrinsically safe integrated temperature and vibration transmitter
The intrinsically safe integrated temperature and vibration transmitter GWZD for mining can simultaneously measure the vibration and temperature at the installation location, and output two 4-20mA current signals corresponding to vibration and temperature respectively. It can be installed on the bearing seat or casing of the machine, and the output 4-20 mA current signal can be directly supplied to control systems such as PLC and DCS to monitor the operation of the machine in real time.

1. Overview
The GWZD intrinsically safe integrated temperature and vibration transmitter for mining can simultaneously measure the vibration and temperature at the installation position, and output two 4-20mA current signals corresponding to vibration and temperature respectively.
It can be installed on the bearing seat or casing of the machine. The output 4-20 mA current signal can be directly supplied to control systems such as PLC and DCS to monitor the operation of the machine in real time.
The GWZD transmitter complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T 3836.1-2021 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB/T3836.4-2021 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 4: Equipment Protected by Intrinsically Safe "i"", and has the following characteristics: accurate signal, high precision, good long-term stability, maintenance-free, suitable for underground coal mines with methane explosive gas mixtures.

5. Installation and wiring
5.1. Installation method
Install vertically or horizontally at the measured position, set the mounting screw hole at the measuring position, and tighten the transmitter for installation.
Pay attention to the hole depth to ensure that the temperature probe is in close contact with the measured surface.
The mounting thread is M10 *1.5, and the thread length is 10mm (customizable).
5.2. Wiring Instructions
In the GWZD transmitter, temperature and vibration measurements are both powered by a two-wire loop, with two outputs of 4-20mA current. See the wiring diagram for details.
Red wire: positive pole of power supply, black wire: 4-20mA vibration output,
Yellow wire: positive pole of power supply, green wire: 4-20mA temperature output

6. Notes
a. Check whether the explosion-proof mark on the shell is consistent with the site.
b. It is not allowed to open the shell with power on.
c. It is forbidden to open the cover within 1 minute after the power is off.
d. Components cannot be replaced without permission
