WZPD-i Intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature sensor
WZPD-i intrinsically safe temperature sensor is a motor embedded thermal resistor temperature sensor, mainly used for explosion-proof motor winding temperature measurement. The motor embedded thermal resistor is a temperature sensor made by placing platinum wire in an insulating matrix through suspension technology and precision quenching technology.

1. Overview:
WZPD-i intrinsically safe temperature sensor is a motor embedded thermal resistor temperature sensor. The motor embedded thermal resistor is a temperature sensor made by placing platinum wire in an insulating matrix through suspension technology and precision quenching technology. The production process adopted by our company makes the physical performance and linearity of the platinum resistor value always at the leading level, ensuring the product is accurate, reliable and stable. The explosion-proof mark is: Exia llCT6 Ga; this product has obtained ATEX, IEC international certification; SIL international safety integrity level certification.
2. Technical performance:
a. Temperature measurement range: -40-180℃, -40-200℃;
b. Working current: ≤5mA;
c. The lead structure of platinum thermal resistor is as shown in the figure below, two leads with one white and one red, three leads with two red and one white;
d. Cross-sectional area of a single lead: 0.2mm2;
e. Lead material: polytetrafluoroethylene insulated light wire and cable, silver-plated copper wire core;
f. Insulation resistance: ≥ 100MΩ;
g. Thermal response time: t0.5≤10s;
h. Withstand voltage: 50Hz 1000V 1min without breakdown flicker;
